We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behaviour Interventionist to support students between the ages of 6 and 12 in a social skills group setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behaviour analysis and be passionate about helping students with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. 

Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver social skills programming
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and strategies to support the development of social skills, emotional regulation, and behaviour management
• Provide direct support to students during group sessions, including modelling appropriate behaviour, prompting and reinforcing positive behaviour, and facilitating social interactions
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with group leaders

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties
• Experience delivering evidence-based interventions and strategies to support social skills development, emotional regulation, and behaviour management
• Knowledge of behaviour analysis principles and techniques
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in an ethical manner
• Valid driver’s license or access to reliable transportation
